AT FREEDOM POINT CHURCH, OUR ANNUAL CHRISTMAS BAZAAR IS MORE THAN JUST A FESTIVE TRADITION—IT'S A MISSION TO INVEST IN THE NEXT GENERATION. THROUGH COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND GENEROUS GIVING, THIS EVENT HELPS FUND OUR MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRIES, PROVIDING STUDENTS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO ATTEND YOUTH CAMP, CONFERENCES, AND LIFE-CHANGING PROGRAMS. EVERY DOLLAR RAISED HELPS US GROW THE KINGDOM—ONE STUDENT AT A TIME.

IS THERE AN ADMISSION FEE? 

NO! THIS EVENT IS COMPLETELY FREE TO THE PUBLIC. WE INVITE YOU TO SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY VENDORS WHILE ALSO SUPPORTING THE MISSION OF FREEDOM POINT CHURCH.

 

IS THIS A KID OR PET FRIENDLY EVENT? 

FOR KIDS, ABSOLUTELY! THERE IS FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. FROM CRAFT/PLAY VENDORS, FACE PAINTING, COTTON CANDY, AND SO MUCH MORE, THE KIDS WILL HAVE THE BEST TIME SO BRING THEM ALONG! WHILE WE LOVE OUR FURRY FRIENDS, THE NATURE OF THE EVENT DOES NOT ALLOW PETS INTO THE FACILITY. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!

DO I HAVE TO APPLY TO BE A VENDOR? 

YES! APPLYING FOR THE EVENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SPACE AT THE EVENT. AS MUCH AS WE WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO ACCEPT EVERY VENDOR, OUR SPACE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THAT. THIS EVENT IS A JURIED EVENT, HELPING ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL TIME FOR OUR VENDORS AND OUR SHOPPERS.

THESE PHOTOS MUST CLEARLY INCLUDE PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE) AND VENDOR SETUP.

THIS EVENT IS A FUNDRAISER THAT SUPPORTS THE MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRIES OF FREEDOM POINT CHURCH. VENDOR SPACES ARE APPROXIMATELY 10’X10’.  EACH SPACE IS $125 WHICH INCLUDES TWO CHAIRS. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TABLES AND OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED FOR SETUP. EACH FOOD TRUCK SPACE IS $150. FOOD TRUCKS WILL BE PARKED INSIDE THE EVENT VENUE, UTILIZING ELECTRICITY ACCESS INCLUDED WITHIN THE FEE. FOOD TRUCKS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADAPTERS FOR ELECTRICITY ACCESS. 

 

THIS IS A JURIED EVENT AS OUR TEAM PROCESSES APPLICATIONS STRATEGICALLY.  THEREFORE, YOUR APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPACE. IF ACCEPTED, ONE OF OUR EVENT TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU PERSONALLY. ALL INVOICES WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL THROUGH OUR EVENT PROCESSING PLATFORM.  ALL VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE BE AWARE OF ANY POSSIBLE SCAMS THAT MAY OCCUR. WE WILL ALWAYS BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU UTILIZING THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.
